I have these rashes on my arms. it started about 6 months ago, as a small dot, and has spread. it doesnt hurt or itch, and i cant find anything online that matches it. i went to the pharmacy and they gave me some cream to try but it did nothing. has anyone had anything similar?

In your searches have you looked at Cafe au lait spots? are your patches pale brown?
Even though they dont itch any rash that is spreading should be shown to a GP or dermatologist. It may be an indication that something else in happening. You may need a blood test.

Have you looked at Tinea versicolor as well?
