hello all!
i am posting this whilst in agony.i have deveolped a thick, hard and bumpy rash on both my heels which is very sore and itchy, especially at night before bed. i have no idea why or how it got there, and i am now a tad worried. as far as I'm aware i am not allergic to anything...

Have you recently started wearing new shoes or new socks? Do you wear special shoes at work? Could be an allergic reaction to something in them.If new shoes,are they tight on the heel? Sometimes can be a reaction to dye in the shoes or socks
Has the washing powder been changed?
Wear different shoes/socks for a while to see if that makes a difference.
Try getting some hydrocortisone 1% cream from your chemist/pharmacy and rub in every night before bed. if no better or worse after a week do see your doctor.
