Rash on inner thigh.

Rash on inner thigh appeared in April 2022. SInce then has gotten worse. Punch biopsy done said a form of eczema. Steriod creams, oral meds..nothing is helping. Recently diagnosed with Mild Lupus. Taking Hydroxychloroquine. Rash seems to be getting less irritated but still bad and itchy now. Rheumatologist thinks its Lupus related. Went to yet another Derm today and she doesn't think so and wants to take a deeper biopsy sample. Anyone have anything similar to this or have Lupus related rashes. My daughter is 19 and extremely depressed over this rash and her new diagnosis. She has severe anxiety now and my heart is breaking for her. ANy advise/help is greatly appreciated. imageimage
