Rash on knees and elbows only

This burning itching rash on my knees and elbows only has appeared 3-4 times in the past month and a half. It appears randomly and goes away within 30 minutes or less. It starts by itching and burning behind my ears and neck and my nose gets red then the rash appears on my knees and elbows. Nothing in my household has changed and its occurred at my house and another house. Ive never had this issue before and I currently have an 8 month old who is exclusively breastfed. My primary care doctor has no idea what the cause could be image

    At a guess I would say this is a stress /anxiety rash. Were you meeting different people when the rash occurred? or in a stressful situation? or even very angry about something?

    Plz see a derm. they can take a biopsy and make a prognosis and diagnosis.

    psoriasis or eczema or ... ? the sooner you have proper ID , and treatment started you will have a much better out look.
