Rash on leg

This rash started as a small bump and i suppose i have itched it while sleeping. any insight would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like it could be dermatitis. It may be from a washing detergent or fabric softener you could be using. Or possibly a shower gel or soap. Switch to washing detergent and fabric softener like Surcare which are skin friendly. Also use a shower gel like Sanex zero for sensitive skin. These brands are affordable and usually quite easy to find.
Try not to scratch it and put ice on it instead if you can.

it was actually a bite. not sure what but it cleared up after keeping in clean for a few days.
