Rash on Penis and Scrotum

Hello, I am very concerned with some rashes located on my penis and scrotum area. My scrotum is very itchy, while my penis isn't itchy (but does have a similar scaly rash). The rash on my penis is in two areas (on the right and bottom closer to the base) and is red on the skin after a shower when the dry skin is washed off. My scrotum is more itchy and it doesn't help that i scratch it in my sleep.

I am honestly very scared as I have been researching it and i found a page mentioning the possibility of Penile Cancer. Someone please get back to me ASAP.

    Dry skin. Unfortunately our genital area and a$$ is prone to rashes,dry skin,zits ect. Its dark, little air flow and friction. especially in humid hot conditions. Our junk has sebaceous glands and hair. If they get irritated, then you get a rash, psoriasis eczema, folliculitis... jock itch,fungal, bacterial infection is very common
