Hi guys i'm 22 and for the last few months after ejaculating ive been getting this red rash with white spots and its white sore at the end. I Don't know what it is and i'm worried about it can anyone give me advise please?

Hi Ben you should have it checked with your doctor I think it needs a proper diagnosis and treatment don't let it get any worse.

You have absolutely to go to a doctor.
Meanwhile, wash with only water and don't use soaps.
You have to go, in particular, to a dermatologist, specialized in skin conditions.
He could prescribe you some tests:
Do you have burning, itching?
Do you developed narrowing of the foreskin?
Do you have dryness?
From what it looks, it could be an infection, probably from yeast or a skin condition, like a kind of lichen disease.
I'm not a doctor, but you have to visit one soon.
