found this rash on thigh after starting cycling more frequently, unfortunately I have also had new sexual partner during this time so I am afraid this is Herpes relatedimage

    Hi, this looks more like folliculitis. Very small pimples with white head. Cyclists are prone to have it because sweat and friction. Keep it clean and apply antifungal (jock itch) ointment to see if it resolves.

    can i ask how it feels it feels touch? as I get something very similar and I was concerned it was herpes but not totally convinced. mines is quite sore to the touch when it rubs against my clothes.

    this kind of reassures me as this very much looks like what I get but iv always been on the fence. Yours certainly looks like follulitis and not typical of herpes.
