What does this look like? i have an appointment with a dermatologist, buts not for a month or so. It doesn't itch or hurt, but it does bleed when I rub them off with a brush in the shower.

Looks a bit like psoriasis but well done for getting an appointment with a dermatologist. You can try massaging a little skin lotion into it or even just a little plain olive oil. That may help.
