Rash/pimples/ acne on skin in between and on buttocks

Hello.

I woke up today with this weird painful and itchy rash acne sort of thing on my bum image

My boyfriend has a similar thing on his legs for years but he said its not contagious. We've never had that problem before that I got it. Even after many months of being together and we've shared the bed on a regular occasion. His doesn't go away without a prescription cream. He said there is no way I got it from him. I'm very worried that this will stay for a long time. I never ever in my life got something even remotely close to this. What should I do? Can anyone please help.

    So has your boyfriend ever seen a doctor/dermatologist about his rash? what is the cream he uses?

    Your rash could be fungal . Try using Canesten Clotrimazole cream on it and taking an antihistamine tablet once per day. If this doesnt clear it or it becomes much worse or you feel unwell then do see your doctor.
