rash ,red under the breasts

there you go again , worried worried!

please see pic attached .

what is this red rash , I would say its just a red patch under my breast and torso . just a tiny bit under another one. I had it on and off for a few weeks , maybe even few month , surdocream made it better and then it can enact again.

I wouldn't say it's a rash, no spots, not really raised ,dosnt itch , just burns lightly. looks dryish and shiny .

its like a print matching from boob to my torso.

I went to pharmacy ,and they said its just a sweat rash or yeast infection, gave me hydrocortisone to use 2x a day for 7 days.

this is day 5 and its still there

should I be worried ???

please advise

p.s 39 years old ,overweight ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

thank youimage

It could be dermatitis as you say it comes and goes. There could be something you are allergic to like a washing detergent, fabric softener or maybe sower gel. Try using something like Surecare to wash and condition your clothes. Also use a shower gel or soap that is for sensitive skin that is fragrance free like Simple or Sanex. It maybe a certain fabric in your bra that could be irritating you. keep a note of which bras you wear when you get the rash and if you see if there is a connection to one bra, get rid of it. If that doesn't help, you need to speak to a doctor/dermatologist.
