it all started long about 8 months ago i was diagnosed with yeast infection by a docotor, but antifungal creams didnt help the infection, over the next months i would try many cream and steroids, i saw a uroligist and he gave me a mix between a steriod and an antifungal but it did nothing. now 8 months later, my foreskin is very dry and red and hurst to retract. My penis is also a bit swollen which is making my foreskin a little tight i guess. my scrotal rash can be itchy at times and usually appears to be red and quite warm. gets sticky aswell the shaft of my penis gets stuck to it and it also gets sticky with the goin area. at this point im out of answers i have an appotiemnt with a dermatologist but its in a few months and my anxiety and deppression are really affecting my everyday life. I Have done lots of reaearch maybe i could have a candida overgrowth which would affect both penis and scrotum. i could have zoon balantis. or scrotal eczema.

any help would be greatlty appreciated

u could have candid or some kind of dermatitis sometimes when people have issues for a long time it can cause phimosis were the foreskin goes tight and is hard to stretch over the glans and also starts to stick to the glans u ideally need to see someone as soon as possible as the longer that its left untreated the worse it will get some yeasts and bacteria can be persistent and take ages to treat and medications need changing etc i cannot say wat is causing your issue as theres lots of things that can effect the skin in the folds of the groin and on the tip of the penis at this stage i would just be guessing

You need to see a Dermatologist that specialises in Genital Skin Disorders to get this sorted ......

People who provide professional medical services are only too keen to advertise their availability on the internet, irrespective of whether these are profit making individuals, organisations or are state provided services such as the NHS in the UK.

If you are in the UK for example, I would try keyword searches like this:

NHS - Genital Skin Care / Genital Skin Disorders - followed by the region in which you live e.g Scotland, or, a big city to which you can easily travel: e.g. London - Birmingham ...

      .... and so on.

Another approach would be to find one of the largest Sexual Health Centres in the region in which you live, phone them and ask for the address details of a Genital Skin Disorders Specialist in the area to which you can easily travel. Again in the UK, these would be based in major hospitals and are often listed as part of the services provided by a specific NHS Trust.

There is literally a whole world, and more, of information on the Internet, all you often need to think of is the appropriate key words to do a search ......
