Rash that get worse with fever ?

hey a few days ago i got a pink flat looking rash that did not itch nor hurt it was mild and on my chest area later on a few days later the rash spread to my stomach back hips genital and buttlock area with some throat ache and swollen tonsils , today the rash was almost not visible then i get a mild fever and the rash goes crazy covering my whole body except my face my plaums and feet ? should i be worried even tho i went to 4 dermatologist and 3 of them said pitryosis rosea and another one said eczema i don't think its either of those tbh . ill provide you with recent pictures after my fever
