Rashes around the rim of the gland

Hi everyone,

I've experienced some rashes around the rim of the gland. It is itchy at times and causes mild pain when there is an erection.

Upon looking at the photos taken, it seems like there are tiny porous structure around the rim.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

    Hello

    You may want to do a number of things:

    • Blood analysis
    • Urinalysis (for bacteria and fungi)
    • Sperm analysis (for bacteria and fungi)
    • Swab of the skin of the glans and foreskin (for bacteria and fungi)
    • Uroflowmetry

    If something comes out of the analysis, then take a cure against the pathogen that comes out.

    If nothing comes out of the analysis:

    • Visit to the venereologist dermatologist
    • Skin biopsy in the area of the skin rash

    Hi,

    It looks like one of the belaitis's. Generally a couple of drips of iodine 2-3 times a day will clear it up within a week. If this doesn't work, then seek a doctor's opinion and probably a ointment based treatment.
