Hi, has anyone tried Cider Apple Vinegar for bladder infections? I read that it is an 'instant' cure but the thought of drinking vinegar ugh!! Even diluted with water has no appeal to me ha ha!!

i mix it with Ginger tea! makes it bearable, just think about the benefits! sometimes i do tumeric, ginger, lemon, apple cider vinegar and honey in hot water! thats quite nice! there are also acv tablets as well!

Hi Ryan, will give it a go - does it work for bladder infections? Have you tried the tablets if so are they as good as the liquid. I think I could tolerate tablets rather than the drink.
