Looks a bit nasty. For a start...no more picking at it.You may have several ingrowing hairs there which have formed a bump and become infected. Stop shaving over it.Keep it very clean and work up a lather with a soft brush to try and soften/remove the upper layers. Rinse very well. Dry thoroughly.Then work in a bland but medicated ointment, or even something like a body cream. Dont use a steroid cream. Do this twice per day and especially before you go to bed. It should gradually heal and open up.
If it becomes very red or pusy or if it starts to itch like mad then do see your doctor or a dermatologist.
I'm not sure what you mean by metastasized. That is a term used for cancer cells that break away and form new tumours.
