Razor bumps or????

so ive been with my bf for about 3 months now, i got std checked early March 2020 and everything came back normal...but a couple weeks ago i noticed small bumps on my bum appearing where i dont shaveimage... slowly theyve multipiled and gotten bigger/red. i do shave once a week but have never had razor bumps before hence why im unsure if theyre bumps or if hes been cheating on me... he came over the other day and mentioned he had a few razor bumps too and i suggested to him to get std checked but didnt tell him why. hes also noticed my bumps and hasnt said anything about them. theres not any really in my vagina area besides 1, im probably gonna go to the clinic in a few days but wanted to see if they went down.
