Rbc. And blood protein

ive had multiple blood tests since april and in every cbc, my rbc steadily increases. The highest in the normal range is 5. on apr 30, it was 5.23, then on may 29, it was 5.53, on june 6- 5.6..then few days ago- 5.78. The doc had no thought on as why this is, he just said it should be monitored by my main doc. He also said blood protein is slightly high -8.9 when highest normal says 8.3. This was the only instance of this happening so far. The reason ive had multiple tests in a short amount of time is because of multiple issues going on since beginning of april. My symptoms have been minor vaginal bleeding for 2 days then after I had abdominal pain when sitting and sharp lower abdominal pain lasting for less than a minute, pelvic pain, groin pain , burning lower back, palpitations, fast heart rate at certain times, tingling in hands, leg or feet, random itching, developed chronic belching, pain in sternum relieved by burping, lower right back pain, upper back pain and burning, pain behind right shoulder and pain under right breast going into the back, lower abdominal cramping, side of both shoulders being sore to touch, sharp pain where right shoulder and collar bone attach, pain when pressure is applied to different areas of abdomen, change in bowels( going twice in the morning instead of 1). Ive had 2 ct, chest x ray, multiple ekg, pelvic and vaginal ultrasound, 4 pelvic exams and then the multiple blood test like cbc and metabolic panels. Doctors cant come to any conclusions, only thing was rbc should be monitored? Can all of these symptoms be due to an underlying issue? The blood test is freaking me out because all trsts so far are fine!
