Happy to say that I haven't had an attack in the last 9 days, actually today is

the tenth day attack free.  Going for the spirometry test today and am a little

nervous about doing that.  The mindful breathing, for want of a better description, has totally helped me to ward off attacks and stop them in their tracks if I feel that one is coming on.  This forum has also helped me, thanks.
