    Hi Chris,

As you haven't recieved the decision yet there isn't anything you can do until this is made. Mostly the decision maker does go with the report though but just wait and see. You can ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) but in doing this you do risk losing everything you have (if awarded Standard in both) Mostly MR decisions remain the same so the likely hood of you having to take in to Tribunal would be extremely high. It's your choice of course but you do still have to wait for that decision.

If you do get that award then those premiums depend on your other circumstances. Do you claim Income Related ESA? and do you live alone? Does anyone claim Carers Allowance for you? Sorry for those questions but the answers determine whether or not your eligible for the Severe Disability Premium.

Hi Denise yes I get income based Esa, I live alone, and no carers allowance

Oh and also no reconmendation for any further assessments

Then if you do get the Standard Daily living ring ESA and ask them to send you the IS10 form. Takes a few minutes to fill in, return it and once they've done their checks if eligible you'll recieve £62.45 per week on top of your ESA. You'll need to just wait for the decision of course. Hope this helps smile

Oh yes now i remember you, so sorry! So many people post different questions it's hard to remember everyone. What award did you have before, wasn't it just Standard Mobility? If it was then i think you should think carefully about that Tribunal, the date is very close. Would you want to risk it if you do get this award?

The no recommendations for no further assessments could mean that you'll get a set amount of time with no review, meaning that at your end date you would need to re-apply instead of having the review. Please let us know when you do have the decision. Good luck.
