Also...l can't sleep, and over the counter meds arent working. Don't want sleeping pills. I look dreadful and as l have Body Dusmorphia around eye bags it's filling me with dread.
I am nearly at the end if my tether with it all xxx

The sleep will come back if you need sleeping pills for the time being take them because with no sleep you cant function. I got on sertraline because I could not sleep, it made it worst at first I had to take heavy duty sleeping pills. Then finally my sleep came back and I got off of the pills and I feel amazing. These pills take a while to work and the side effects in the beginning are absolutley horrible. Just please hang in there you will look back after a some months ans be glad you did because now I feel better then ever.

Hi how long did your side effects last? I can not remember when I started first, funny at the time you think you would never forget!! But now dose upped & lucky old me has them all again. T'u x
