Thank you very much. In fact I drink a lot of water, never smoke or drink alcohol. However I dring a lot of mil.  Sometimes I suffer from hurtburn so I drink milk to stop it.  Almost always feel phlegm in my throat , not exagerated only a  little, but annoying and then I try to clean it.  Sometimes the phlem make me cough, just occasionally . A month ago, I had a little bit of bad cold, but I stopped him with some natural products , 4Life Transfer Factor. But when I feel the phlegm and try to clean it twice a note blood clots , gave me much fright. My friend who is a nurse told me that when I got strep throat I should go  to emergency  room, I  did not.  Since then, I feel like I have something in my throat , and this causes me some phlegm. I am very afraid to go to a doctor. A  friendship has a relative who felt something in his throat, almost 5 years ago.  Then he went to see a doctor, who perfomed a surgery, he lost his voice, and now has a sort of tube and a robotic voice, not only that he has many scars on his throat. He looks awful, all these actions committed by an otolaryngologist.  My friend told me that another otolaryngologist advised them that it's a medical malpractice done to his cousin . He has ugly large scars on his neck and almost on his face. I do not want to end as this young guy.  I do not want to lose my voice, I sing as a hoby.  It's scary because it's not easy to find an experienced professional doctor.  I do not want to lose this ability that I have .  Could be my problem related with the inadequate medical attention I should not received when I had the strep throat, and the horrible caugh I had right after?  I've an insurance again. I live in the USA.

I see. For your heartburn, buy apple cider vinegar and put 2 teaspoons in Green Tea. Make the tea with honey. It really helps with heartburn as my ex-husband suffered with it, and whenever I made that for him he always felt better. To find a good doctor, go online and see if there any bad comments about the doctor. If there are only good comments, go ahead and take a chance. Start with a general practice doctor first, then look up an ENT. Hope this helps! smile

Thank you very much.  Your advise to me, it's wonderful.  I've been doing gargles for the problem I have been suffering, and it's working.  I am feeling much better.  Furthermore, two days ago, I started having accid  refluxboil, then I did what you advised to boil water, so I added it  add apple cider vinegar and honey, and in less than three minutes was gone.   Thank you very much once again.  Happy New Year 2015, and God Bless you and your family.  lollol
