Reactive Arthritis related question

Hi all,

I am new here but not new to reactive arthritis. I have been dealing with it for the past 6 years. the symtoms have not been as bad as other people here in this forum but they have been constant all the time. Mostly pain in my knees, heels, and feet. Burning sensation on the tip of the penis which increases after urinating. many std tests done, multiple times, prostate exam, urologists, antibiotics, and everything on the book that everyone has mentioned on the forum before. now my question is, is burning sensation after urinating normal with this? i can understand joint pain. also i was symptoms free for the past 8 months. all of the sudden everything started again last week. is this normal with what you guys have experienced before? note i was not in any medication whatsoever when it went in remission. thank you all.
