Real bad chest and back pain

I am 49 i had a heart stint fitted back in February. I also suffer back pain back in March this year i started getting mild chest pains since march to now the pain has spread to both sides of my lower back chest and neck i have been to ane were my blods were done and checked so they sent me home i am in total pain and am taking 30/500 cocodmall wich doctor put me on for pain realeaf wich do not work my symptoms are as follows lower back and side pain neck pain real bad chest pain and pain now also goes in legs when i eat i break out in a real bad sweet my feet sweet so so bad all the time and today i have the taste of blood in my mouth doctors are no help at all can anyone help me with what's going on withmy body as i am sick with worry
