If you have recently had unprotected penetrative or / and received oral sex, go see a Sexual Health Service provider ....
When do they appear .... ?

Although the photo is not clear, my guess is this is most likely a bacterial infection, as I say go to a sexual health service or at least see your regular doctor / gp ....
