hello guys, I think I realized why I havent recovered for such a long time.

at the beginning I was really sick but had to do exams so pushed through. that wouldnt be a problem on its own but it took a while and then I got used to feeling okayish when running on adrenaline (I did not notice it then) and I thought that the periods when i felt immense fatigue were the problem, whereas that was just my body entering the recovery state. I think Ive been in this cycle ever since, and only a few month ago realized the fatigue is not the "bad" state, but the "good" one, in which Im recovering. I did a lot of progress and am rarely running on stress hormoned anymore, but still feel very tired and generally down and I wonder what time it takes for my body to recover after such a long abuse.

just try to rest when you feel like it and do a bit when you feel like it. dont push if you absolutely dont need to.

ive had ebv for almost 4 years now and I couldnt even leave my house for the first year, and it did improve so hang in there
