hello i’m currently dealing w/ a panic disorder. it seems after everytime i finally calm down after one i get this huge tension headache in the back of

my head. i was wondering if i should be concern about this or not. or if anyone gets the same thing. i got blood tests done and everything came out perfect. i’m only 16 and these hurt really bad. it feels like my brain is going to explode.

does anyone have any advice on how to make it go away?

You probably hold your anger or stress in your neck. Guessing. Maybe try massages your neck. Or getting it massaged. Have you looked up yoga for stress? Its a mean cycle. Anxiety...pains and weird stuff..more anxiety and it runs in a circle. Hopefully you can figure out how to break the cycle or seek a therapist who can help guide you, it takes a lot of work.

Hi I get terrible anxiety/stress .when it styled my neck and back kill. Major headache is the worst just can't get comfortable. Because we hold ourselves so tight whe stressed and concentrating/worryimg tightens our head up. I just ride it out now because I know it's nothing gonna kill me. Your so young though perhaps explain it as above to your doc . Talk here anytime . Lots of people have similar. The reasurance alone can help with the worry.??

Tell me about it. Get rid of one thing something else stars. Anxiety is like i an evil little thing watching to throw the next problem at us. Wish I was like my hubby nothing fazes him. Says no point worrying minght not happpen and any illness he just says you have to fight on. Exact opposites I obsess and blow everything out of proportion . My heart beating is frightening and worry and tenseness horrid. Try to hide it from him as don't want to be a pain. Glad can talk here. ( hubby also says there's always someone worse off than you) true. But do feel sorry for ourselves when it's bad it's human nature. Headaches and worry miserable but ,heart stuff too. But I've always got through. Talk again ??
