Really bizarre wart behavior

Ok, so I'm a picker. I've had this wart on top of my toe for years now, and I pick at it because I have poor impulse control. Recently, small things like sesame seeds--similar size, shape, and color--started erupting from it. I don't have photos at the moment (could try to take some) but these things seem to take form deep below the surface and work their way upwards until they can be squeezed out (like popping a pimple) or just pop out on their own. I can't find anything at all like this in my research on the internet. Does anyone know what it might be? It seems to happen more frequently when I've been trying to treat the thing with cream/acid/whatever, as opposed to leaving it alone.

Forgot to mention the rate at which these "seeds" appear...sometimes one in a week, sometimes one or two every few days.

It could be a Filiform wart.   Dont pick at it any more. This type of wart can be highly contagious and doesnt respond to normal wart treatments. You need to see a doctor, especially as you've been picking it for several years.
