Really dry nose and throat, feeling like chocking all the time. Can’t sleep, help!

i've been suffering from a bad reflux attack for more than two months now, and lately I have a really dry mouth and throat, my breathing is like not smooth at all through my nose and it gets worse when I try to sleep, I wake up chocking. I also feel a lump in my throat and pressure in the ears, is that normal? Please I do need help I am so scared

    Hi Berta, sounds like you have the same symptoms as most of us that suffer from GERD/Acid Reflux, not an easy problem to live with but just try and avoid any trigger foods/drinks. Also try and get PPI,s from doctor as these will help and give you some relief. A wedge pillow under the head of your mattress is a good idea.

    hi, you could ask your doctor to arrange for you to have an endescopy which will give you more info.
