mega itchy fingers with like little holes photo added i just want a rough idea to stop it itching and possibly know what it is

It looks like a type of eczema called dyshidrotic eczema. Have you been working with chemicals? or metals? especially nickel? try to keep your hands well washed and after drying well work in good quality hand cream. Do this especially before you go to bed. If it spreads or becomes very bothersome then do see your GP if you are in UK or a Dermatologist if you are able to self refer to a consultant. You may need steroid cream to calm it down.
Sometimes it clears by itself.
