Really need help my doctor on holidays 2 week

Last November on sertiline 50mg and night time 30mg mirtazapine really feeling not well bad dreams

No power on body . Like I m zombie last 3 month not going 2 work

Is there any other doctor or professional help you can see during the mean time?
Surely there must be somebody you can see during an emergency.
