Really need some advice - even dermatologist said they don't know what it is!

I have had this rash-like thing for years. It is never itchy. It is only underneath my left forearm. Rarely they turn into blisters but most often they don't.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

    I think they are blood clots underneath the skin. Its odd that dermatologists can diagnose major infections on the skin but do not know about your issue. I think its best to try multiple opinions from different specialists.

      Thanks for your message Joshua. I had a course of prednisone which made it go away but after a week it came back really bad. I'm going back to the same dermatologist soon and will get an biopsy
