Really personal question regarding reproductive organs..

I dated someone a while back and ended up making some bad decisions. To make a long story short, he raped me. Ever since, I've had some pelvic floor muscle issues and things like that, but cannot go to the doctor. I simply can't afford it. A day or two after this, in the picture below, a chunk came out of me. It was nowhere near the time of my period. Does anyone have any guesses as to what this could be? (GRAPHIC IMAGE BELOW)

    Did you report him, if not you should otherwise you want be the last.

    Go to your local Health Department, it is free to be screened for STD's. I would want to make certain it's not more than pelvic floor muscles as it does not cause this. Please, to keep you from losing fertility later. Sorry, you are going through this!
