Really struggling, is this aniexty? Dizziness, vertigo, fatigue 24/7

Hi everyone.

As a background im 28 and from 2017 till 2020 were really tough periods in my life. However, i have my own home now and life is stable and much better. BUT I cant understand why i have been feeling the way i am. I feel dizziness, swaying, vertigo and extreme fatigue 24/7! Just feel like im someone else and just floating around.

I just see no way out and i am really struggling day to day. I put a fake smile on and am trying my best.

I have seen a therapist etc but nothing seems to be helping.

Has anyone else experinced these symptons on a long term basis? I find it hard to believe its aniexty. I have been feeling like this since for the last 12 months.

Hi, I've gone through most of these and still am. One thing that does help me is making sure that I'm well-hydrated. When I am not hydrated, I feel floating/disconnected from the ground. I know it's a simple answer, but it's one worth trying.

For the dizziness, that could be an inner-ear disorder or related to neck tension. Have you tried stretching out your neck, especially using vagus nerve exercises? I find if I lay down and stretch my neck the right way I can produce a spinning sensation.

    Hope this helps!

Hey, thanks so much for your reply!

I really look after myself, go to the gym, eat really well and drink lots of water too.

I did also think the dizziness could be an inner ear disorder, i think i will discuss this with my doctor, really hope they have a solution!

just want to go back to feeling 'normal' again 😦
