Really struggling today

after decreasing my dose to 20mg after 3 weeks at 40mg I'm really struggling. will I eventually settle on the 20 and feel better?

    hi kay sorry i cant really answer that im on 60mg and not getting any lift at allhad two really bad days myself.hope someone can help u.

    Over the past few years I have been on various dosages, 20, 40 and 60 . If you were only on 40 for a few weeks it will probably take about 4wks for you to adjust and then you should feel ok (ish). If not, go back to your doctor and explain they may need go adjust the meds. Hope this helps and I wish u well on your recovery

    hi kay, how are you feeling today?

    After a couple of s****y days ( i think because of the increase) i've woke up in a much brighter mood, really hoping these tablets are starting to work!!! hope you're starting to feel better too xx

      hiya Lindsey, I'm up and down, some days good and some not. I'm definitely better than last week though. My anxiety isn't as bad and the moments of panic aren't lasting as long. Are you still improving? x

    still very up and down. Have you anymore side effects x
