So i made a thread a day or two ago to receive only one informational response. I need some kind of guess to know just what is under my eye as i cannot go anywhere public atthe moment because of the influenza and my bronchitis. Any kind of help would be awesome.

Sorry for the bad quality and possibly upside down picture.

If you can't tell, it has started to kind of bleed and kind of scab up pretty badly. Blinking a couple of hours ago was a nightmare. Waking up is also quiet painful.

My God. Poor you. Has a doctor seen this. It would seem that you need referal to an 'Eyelid Specialist'. A good approach for a quicker response is to go to make an appointment with any opticain, ask his opinion. He will then write to your doctor, asking him/ her to refer you to an eye specialist. Where do you live? I have had to do such a lot of my own research to get to see a suitable specialist for my own problem, that along the way I have found those who specialise in certain eye problems.

No, a doctor has not seen this, unfortunately. If it had happened during my hospital visit for influenza, I might have gotten rid of this thing sooner. I live in the States. Thank you so much for the help :D

Why have you not been to a doctor? You are never going to get this better without medical help.

In the veterinary world, which is my world, we say get immediate attention for any eye damage. Leaving it, can lead to permanent damage, which could have been prevented. I would never leave a dog with a condition like this. Getting treatment quickly can prevent any sight loss. This is why the eye is so precious.
