Hi..

I am suffering with pain in my breast. I am 19 and never had sex.

couple of weeks ago(4 weeks almost) my bf and me were sexually tempted and he touched, and pressed aggressively in my breasts.

It's the first time anyone touched or pressed the breasts.

I was feeling very nervous and felt heavy pain on that day. After 2-3 days I was feeling less pain, later I couldn't felt any pain.

Suddenly, from 12-15 days ago I am feeling very low pain in my breast, its just start suddenly. Its very uncomfortable situation. I am really so much afraid about it.Why I am feeling pain after 1 month????? Is it serious?

Hope you would reply me soon.

I'm 72 now but when I was in  my early 30s I had VERY sore breasts every month, so bad that I couldn't even take my bra off they hurt so much so I wore it 24 hours a day. I had been getting breast pain around the time of my periods but it then got to all the time.  I had a few lumps in them and saw a consultant and he said I had lumpy hormonal breasts but one lump was a cyst which he drained.  One very good piece of advice he gave me and backed up by the specialist breast nurse was to start taking Evening Primrose Oil capsules.  There is a certain ingredient that you need to take for four months "to flood your body with it". That ingredient is GLA or gamma linolenic acid. The dose is 240mg of GLA a day. I did this by taking three 1000mg Evening Primrose Oil capsules with 80mg of GLA in each.  I took them for the four months and it was miraculous, all the pain went, the lumps went and I have never had pain or lumps back since.   Even if the EPO doesn't help with the breast pain it is supposed to be good for your skin and hair among other things so shouldn't do any harm, perhaps you should give them a try.
