I have had a bad headache that feels somewhat like mu brain is in a vice today...it has lasted most of the day..!!!! IS this NORMAL im on day 8, .
anybody else had this ? 😦

Hi sam yes it is normal, I used to get headaches that were like that even walking seem to vibrant the pain. Do not worry they will pass, you could try taking some paracetamol, it might not get rid of it but will take the edge off it

yeah its early should feel better around the 5th or 6th week

thanks guys.. its so weird it just there all day and
a bit now but they seem to be coning and going.. actually most of my symptoms seem to be doing that coming then go.. ITS NICE TO KNOW ITS NORMAL.. its hard it believe how weird it makes you feel and when people tell you you will feel back to yourself i think really.. lol i feel a bit all over the place..
