First off I am not a doctor. I have been spaced out/ brain fog for about 9 yrs everyday. The odd's of you have a brain tumor are slim so try not to freak out. The more you freak out the worse things will get so don't feed into it. diazapam is Valuim, so I don't know if it will fix you. You said you are postmenopausal so maybe go to a hormone doctor and make sure all your levels are good. What ever you do please don't freak out. Trust me it will make it worse. Just try and go about your day and ignore it. I have been doing it for yrs.

i would try the medication ... cut in half if needed...don't ever google symptoms as i have ocd health anxiety with my obsessive thinking of disease . medicine helps...cbt helps... talking to others help...
i am 56 and do all that i can to accept this.... i fear going to drs and eye dr is correct...
you are not alone
