Recent blood tests very worrying

6 months ago i saw a Rheumatologist who diagnosed me with Polymyalgia Rheumatica, whilst doing the blood test he came across a paroprotein in my blood which the lab had said was too small to quantify but should be kept an aye on by my GP by doing blood tests. 6 months on and my GP did indeed repeat these blood test and they have come back abnormal and she is calling me in to discuss this, my serum kappa is 102 and the kappa Lambda ratio is 6.37 high, i am really worried that i might have myeloma, can anyone offer any advice olease
