I recently tried out the patient portal through the health system where I go to the doctor and hospital. I was looking through past test. I came across a CT scan of abdomen and pelvic that was done a year and a half ago from a hospital stay due to a bad kidney infection. and under findings this is part of what it read:

(Subserosal and submucosal uterine fibroids. Ventral uterine fibroid contains a small focus of hyperattenuation, which may reflect proteinaceous versus hemorrhagic debris. 1.9 cm crenulated, involuting left-sided ovarian corpus luteal cyst.) It also said that a have spinal defects at L3, L4, and L5. That may explain all of the back pain I have.

that is just part of what it read. can anyone tell me what this means because no one mentioned this to me. I did not have a primary doctor at the time and had no insurance. I got insurance Jan of this year and now have a primary doctor. I have made an appointment to ask him about this. can anyone tell me what it means. I don't understand medical terms.

also I have had pain in my back, hip and bloating and discomfort in belly. I do have constipation and fatigue.
