I then had bloods re taken today they are still off but not alarming. All my other stats look ok but I now have severe diarrhoea stomach cramps and feel like ive got the flu. Help!! anyone else suffered simular please tell me it gets better. I am so exhausted feeling unwell and weak.

Sorry you went through this! It's all very challenging to have complications when you expected surgery to be followed by healing, and getting well.
If your diarrhea is loose stools surrounded by yellow bile, it's because your gallbladder can no longer store and measure out the bile that your liver is making. Instead, it's being excreted into your small intestine and there's too much of it for your body to absorb. It might also be backing up into your stomach, which can give you nausea.
However, it might also be a reaction to the antibiotic, because it's harmed the good bacteria in your gut. You can take probiotics for this, to help increase the amount of beneficial bacteria. What antibiotic were you given first, and what where you given the second time?
Try to eat small, frequent meals and stick to low fat, if you can. If your diarrhea doesn't settle, you might need medication to absorb the excess bile in your system. I've taken it since 2009. It's called cholestyramine.
