Recent unexplained and unexpected symptoms

Hello, I've been trying to figure out what has been causing these symptoms I've been experiencing for the past week or so, The only thing that seems close is a inner ear problem but I'm not 100% sure yet

Here are my symptoms(In no particular order):

-Dizziness

-Loss of balance

-Very tired most of the day (Even with more than enough sleep)

-Possible motion sickness?

-Mild vertigo(Occasionally)

-I also have Tinnitus, which i found out recently, since i thought hearing ringing was normal (The ringing isn't super loud)

The first four are probably the ones that are affecting me the most

Also possibly related, about a week ago(before all of this started), I almost fainted while in a movie theater, As I got up to get fresh air I was shaking, dizzy and losing my balance

On the way home, I felt super dizzy if i looked out the window of the moving bus/train or stood up while they were moving and was fine once they stopped moving

If anyone has any clue what is going on and who to see, I'd appreciate it

Thanks for reading

    Hi Matt,

I would make an appointment with an ear, nose, and throat doctor (ENT) asap. That is definitely all inner ear stuff.

In the meantime, check out Meniere's Disease, and maybe visually induced motion sickness (VIMS), and see if those make any sense or if they could possibly point you in a different direction. The more you know, the more you can tell your doctor. Good luck!

Hi, I agree with Chris, but until you see a doctor, you should look up maneuvers on YouTube to help with inner ear issues. How old are you? The older you get the more likely you are to develop Crystals in your inner ears. My husband is 70 and had some symptoms so he did some of the moves and it really helped. Good luck!

Most likely, but it wouldn't hurt you to try the maneuvers.
