It’s been happening for the last 2 weeks for no apparent reason, it just came on, but particularly when I go out and the temperature changes ( gets colder). Can anyone suggest how I can diagnose the cause and suggest a cure please?

I've had watery eyes since my cataract surgery. I have been using different drops for dry eyes but they don't seem to help much..
