hi i recently been diagnosed with U.C, i had 1 big flare up a few weeks ago and right now i not to sire if i had something to eat that does not agree with me or if am starting to have another flare up. i spend my night worrying and not really sleeping does anyone have any idea how to have a decent night sleep

Flare ups usually come from the form of irritation.
