Recently found these bumps in the inside of my vagina.. could they be warts?

I recently found these bumps in the inside of my vagina, on the left side, & i'm starting to believe that they could be warts. I've also been feeling fatigued, dizzy, with headaches, nausea, abdominal cramping & I've also been getting tight feelings in my chest whenever i get anxious. Going to the doctors in the morning, but i would really appreciate some feedback before i go. Thank you!imageimage
