Can someone tell me what to use for beef stew I usually use beef bistro carrots and onions

    That all good, I usually put a few peas in too aswell as leaks but you already have the onions smile 

    Just make sure you shop the fat off the meat of there is any smile

      Thanks Yeh I do that neway hate fatty bits how much a portion shud I have of each uts hard to tell with that

      I'm rubbish at portion sizes too haha but I normally have a small bowl full rolleyes

    Love stew but I put onions leeks carrots celery and and cloves of garlic in!!
