Im 27 and have had bad acid reflux for about three weeks now, Not to sure were its coming from but I've noticed when i pick heavy stuff up it'll trigger it also. Sometimes ill wake up with it also. Tums don't work so was looking for recommendations for something i can take.

Might be worth trying a PPI like Nexium (there is also a cheaper generic version). They are about the best thing for acid reflux.
