Hi
Long time no see/hear.
For people who remember me i got ill on 1st of januari 2019.
It's been a very long way since then, but i can say now i am actually feeling really good.
I even go back to the gym and don't feel tired nearly as much as i used too.
Sure there are still bad days, but 90% of the days are good.
I even haven't checked this forum in what seems ages.
So Yes there is hope. Never give up.
Cats claw helped for me

hi Maxim,
glad to hear that you are doing better and to see the brighter side. what were your symptoms? were there any other problems it caused during or after? how did you take the cats claw and what did it help with?

hi
i had all the symptoms you can imagine
dizziness, numbness in certain parts of my body which got me tested for ALS and MS
, floaters in my eyes (which i still have)
, horrible fatigue to the point where i would fall asleep at my desk during work
, sore and stiff muscles, neck pain,
weird vibrations in certain parts of my body, i can go on if u want 😄
probably had every single symptom you read about on this forum.
now, i do still suffer from some of those symptoms
the dizziness comes and goes
and there are days where i can feel really tired without even having done much during that day
i don't know if those pills helped me or it was just the time passing, but it can't hurt to share it with you guys i t guess
i'm from belgium and i started to take a product called biocure
it is made here so i'm not sure if it would be available in your country
but ever since i started taking those i felt better
cheers

Hey Maxim! This is so great to hear. What a relief for you.
Did Cats Claw flare you up at first? That's one i have and haven't tried yet. My system is super sensitive so I always get nervous trying new things. How long until you started to feel better on it!
Thanks!

Hi
It didn't but that could be due to the fact that it's a pill which contains more than just cats claw.
I haven't used cats claw as a direct supplement, so i can't really help you with that.
The only thing i see here a lot is saying resting will help.
Well in my case it really did not.
Once i started to work out more, slow but steady, i felt way better.
Also the mental side of it all is so important. I see people posting on here frequently who are in despair and ask about every little symptom they feel.
That really does not help. The stress you get from that is overwhelming for your body.
I know this because i did al those things myself. I would get bothered about every small thing i felt and started to google until my anxiety went trough the roof.
So the best advice i can give you is to relax more and work out more.
If you can't work out, go for a long walk. Just keep moving!
