Recovery after surgery

Hi. I have had an anal surgery to deal with my fissure, a couple of days after surgery I got really constipated and had to get an enema. It's been 6 days now since the surgery and my anus still burns, and itches a bit. Can anyone tell me, how soon will I stop feeling this pain. The surgery has help with the pain immensely, but, there is still that burning and ocassional electrical shocking feeling that I get. How soon will I be pain free.

    When I had the LIS surgery, it took me around 2 weeks to fully recover.

      Thank you. Hope that is the same for me. I am going a week and 3 days now and some of the stitches are still there, externally. How soon will those go completely.

      Sorry for my late response. I am not 100% for sure when the stitches will be gone. But they should be gone by the 2nd or thrid week id guess
